Why I Have Changed My Career?

After working for some time in engineering field, I came to know that, though I dedicated to it fully and got some remarkable achievements, I was more onto the creative part of that profession rather than those mechanical technicality and strict regulations. I wanted to work in a profession that is more ‘organic’ and has a lot of breath space for creativity. Gradually I chose to become a Marcom specialist which suited my personality more naturally and intuitively. The rest is what you can find on this website. What kind of professional attitude I hold on to?

Throughout my career as a full-time employee, freelancer, team-member and manager, I believe only these two attitudes can elevate us, our clients and organizations to growth and success in long-term.

• As a professional, we will need to give 100% on the tasks and responsibilities we have agreed upon to carry out, regardless of whatever attitudes those who you work with or for have. As a pro, it’s, not about the people around, all about maintaining one’s ethics, integrity, commitment and quality of workmanship to the best they can have.
• Being committed is way better than acting on motivation. In reality, at workplace, motivation comes and goes where commitment nurtured by a strong will and professionalism will make things happen.
